7 common causes of internal hemorrhoids prolapse - and external hemorrhoids
Hemorrhoids, which are more commonly known as piles
can be a condition quite unpleasant and annoying, but they are not usually
fatal. When varicose veins and inflammation of blood vessels in and around the
rectal area occurs, it is called hemorrhoids.
There are many causes of hemorrhoids that affect both
men and women that usually occur between ages 45 and 65. Statistics show that
half of America alone may experience hemorrhoids when they are fifty.
One of the most common causes of hemorrhoids is low walls in the tissue
of the rectal area, which can be derived from several contributors such as:
1.Constipation and explosive diarrhea.
2.Hard stools, often tense, or waiting too long to go to the
bathroom.
3.Sitting or standing in one place for long periods of time.
4.Pregnancy and childbirth bare.
5.A very poor diet, lack of fiber and not drinking enough
water on a regular basis.
6.As much lactic acid. Lactic acid causes added strain on
your sphincter muscles as they contract and open during a bowel movement.
7.Being overweight will also put a lot of unnecessary
pressure on the delicate anal veins.
There are two basic classes of hemorrhoids, internal
hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids.
External hemorrhoids occur outside the rectal area
itself and are much easier to notice. They are usually more painful and more
irritated by hard stools, as well as exposure to clothing and other external
abrasives. External hemorrhoids are often swollen and can become very
irritating, it is a very common symptom.
Internal hemorrhoids are inside the anus. This type
is usually less painful. Often, a person will not even be aware that they have,
because there is no real discomfort.
However, if the bleeding can occur breaking them,
which can then lead to more serious symptoms hemorrhoids. A more serious
type of internal hemorrhoids is prolapsed hemorrhoids. prolapsed
hemorrhoids are internal hemorrhoids that become swollen and eventually
protrude outside the anus. The sphincter muscle clamp down and prevent them
from going inside. If the blood supply decreases prolapsed hemorrhoid
becomes a strangulated hemorrhoid. Strangulated hemorrhoids often
become clotted. A hard lump forms which is very painful and uncomfortable.
