information on internal hemorrhoids
Internal hemorrhoids are by far the most common
variety of hemorrhoids. They descend on almost any provocation. While
they are generally not painful, they can cause a bit of stress and anxiety
because of their propensity to bleed and prolapse into the anal canal. Hemorrhoids
are not fun, no matter where they come from, but the strategies for the treatmentof internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids are often very
different. Internal hemorrhoids are from delicate intestinal tissue,
absorbent, relatively insensitive, and external hemorrhoids from the
skin outside of the body.
Internal hemorrhoids begin with the stress and
pressure on the large veins of the hemorrhoidal cushions elastic lining
the end of the anal canal. These hemorrhoidal cushions serve as a
warning system for "want to go" and protect the delicate anus and
rectum breakout forces, twisting and turning frequently encountered in this
field. The veins in question are intended to extend to several times their
normal diameter to "inflate" the cushions. Of course, they are also
intended to "deflate" again, meaning that the vein walls are a bit
like a rubber band. However, a rubber band can be overwhelmed, unable to
retract again. Vein walls can stretch too far, too, and will generally give way
to a weak point. This weak area will fill with blood and balloon outward to
some internal tissue with it. When this occurs within the intestinal
tissue, an internal hemorrhoids is the result.
There are a number of things that cause excess force on the hemorrhoidal
cushions. The most common reason is constipation, diarrhea ranks second. Both
conditions tend to cause severe muscle strength down on the area. Excessive
sitting on the toilet also tends to provoke, as normal sitting toilet
eliminates any possibility of pelvic floor muscle support from. This means that
all of your internal bits are held by their tendon insertions and hemorrhoidal
cushions are suspended in the air without.
Other causes include excessive force or frequency while
wiping after using the toilet. This can cause severe inflammation in the area,
causing more blood than can be supported by the walls of the veins. Irritating
chemicals or dyes in the toilet paper underwear can also be culprits as well as
underwear or clothing that is too tight. Sitting for long periods of time, as
the computer can also cause or aggravate hemorrhoids. Basically, hemorrhoids
are usually a product of our way of life, with some people more prone to them
than others.
Unfortunately, once you have an internal hemorrhoids,
you usually got it for some time. Most prescription drugs are intended for externalhemorrhoids and will do you no good. The best thing to do is try to reduce
your symptoms while changes in lifestyle that both eliminate the current batch
of hemorrhoids you are suffering from. Once they are gone, you can get
the rest of your life without hemorrhoids.
